Amazing Race Around Sydney

Experience Team Building all Over Sydney

The race is on… Split into teams with each team making their way around Sydney. Equipped with a map, clues and some extra props, participants need to find their way to designated sites.

Travelling to each spot can take any form with some routes requiring specified modes like a water taxi, Harley Motorcycle or by foot for example. At each designated stop they will have a task to do… whilst the greatest challenge remains in working out the destinations to head to, by figuring out the clues and hints to their final finishing destination.

Like the TV show, The Amazing Race, the winning team is the first over the line after completing all of the tasks. 

It all starts at a designated location, where the teams are briefed, given all Picture-2-Race-Around-Sydne.jpgteambuilding team building team work corporate training activities events011_1.jpg equipment and their first task – to find your first mode of transport. A series of cryptic questions and clues lead each group to their next step on a scenic and fun trip around Sydney.

This may involve catching the monorail or water taxis to meet a FUN challenge, following clues through the Royal Botanic Gardens along the edge of Sydney Harbour or even hiding behind bushes to catch the Kodak moment of the day to win the most points! Before they begin, they need to work out an entertaining team name! Then they are off!

Throughout this fabulous day, they will be given vouchers to present to receive in return for some goodies, they may be edible, require action or be a clue to the next spot! Directed with hints, the transport modes and roads will be left to their interpretation. However there will be a help line for dire strait situations…it will cost them points though!

On completion of the day, they will be led back to the final meeting spot for a de-brief. Here, times will be noted and tallied. At the group’s lunch or dinner, they can sit and relax over a drink whilst the presentation of the winners is made. This is also when the photos taken during the day will be displayed. This is a great afternoon full of challenges, FUN, games and surprises.
